Build something worth believing in.

Most clinicians chose psychiatry because they wanted to help people think clearly, sleep deeply, and feel like themselves again. Then the system turned that calling into a volume game. We started Feel August to build the practice we wished existed — and we are looking for people who feel the same way.

Why Feel August

Sustainable Pace

12–16 patients per day, not 30. Protected documentation time built into your schedule. No productivity quotas, no RVU targets, no after-hours call.

NP-Founded, NP-Led

This practice was started by nurse practitioners who left the assembly line on purpose. Clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not administrators.

Fully Remote

Work from anywhere in California with flexible scheduling. We invested in the infrastructure so you can focus on the care.

Clinical Autonomy

You own your clinical decisions. We provide the tools, the time, and the support — and trust you to practice at the top of your license.
