Read moreHow we practice
Continuity is the practice.
Sixty minutes for an initial evaluation. Twenty for follow-ups. The full clinical picture in conversation, not on a checklist. We document carefully and prescribe carefully. When prescribing fits the picture, we explain why. When it does not, we explain that too.
Same clinician, every visit. 98 out of 100 of our patients see their first clinician at every subsequent visit. Continuity is the practice, not an aspiration.
GAD-7 and PHQ-9 at every visit. Measurement-based care is not optional. You and your patient see the trend line over time, not just a single-visit impression.

Questions clinicians ask first
What you might be wondering.
What conditions do you treat, and what is out of scope?
We treat adult anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, postpartum, bipolar, insomnia, OCD, and panic disorder at the outpatient level. We are not a crisis service. We do not see patients under 18. For inpatient care, active psychosis management, residential addiction treatment, or specialized eating disorder programs, we refer to the appropriate setting and tell you we did.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
Yes, when clinically indicated, including on a first visit. The reasoning behind every prescribing decision is in the summary we send you.
How do you communicate with referring providers?
Three points of contact for every referral, with patient consent: (1) An evaluation summary within 5 business days of the first visit, sent via secure email. (2) Medication-change notifications as they happen. (3) A quarterly outcomes snapshot for active referring providers. Aggregated data only. No individual patient data unless directly relevant to your specific patient.
What about HIPAA and patient consent for our communication?
Patient consent for referring-provider communication is captured at intake. The release identifies you by name and practice and authorizes the three communications described above. Patients can revoke at any time; we update you when they do.
What if my patient does not follow up after the referral?
We attempt contact within one business day. If we cannot reach your patient within 5 business days of the referral, we notify you so you can re-engage them or refer elsewhere. A referral we cannot complete is one you hear about, not one that disappears.
Can my patient see a specific provider?
Yes. Your patient can pick a clinician on the booking form, or take the soonest opening. Whichever clinician handles the first visit is the clinician for every visit going forward. If the relationship is not the right fit, switching is a message, not a process.
