How Miguel arrived here.
I’m Miguel Ruvalcaba, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, born and raised in Los Angeles to Mexican immigrant parents. This work came after years of hands-on care, starting as a certified nursing assistant and EMT.
I work with adults on ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and look at the whole person, mind and body.
