If you are a primary care provider, therapist, OB-GYN, or other clinician looking to refer a patient for psychiatric evaluation or medication management — here is what we offer and how to refer.
What we provide
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
60-minute initial evaluations for adults. We assess the full clinical picture — not a 15-minute medication check.
Medication Management
Ongoing psychiatric care with same-provider continuity and measurement-based outcomes tracking (PHQ-9, GAD-7).
Collaborative Care
We coordinate with referring clinicians to ensure continuity across the care team. Progress notes and outcome data shared with patient consent.
How the referral process works
When you submit a referral, our care team contacts your patient within one business day to schedule their initial evaluation. We handle the insurance verification, intake paperwork, and scheduling — your patient does not need to navigate the process alone.
After the evaluation, we can share progress notes and outcome data with you (with patient consent) so you can integrate psychiatric findings into your own treatment planning. We use validated instruments — PHQ-9 for depression, GAD-7 for anxiety — at every visit, which means the data we share is quantitative, not just clinical impressions.
Our providers are available for brief consultations with referring clinicians when coordination is needed. We believe that psychiatric care works best when it is integrated with the rest of the care team, not siloed.
