Arthur Roehr

Arthur Roehr is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the clinical director of Feel August. He holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of San Diego.

Arthur began his career serving underserved populations and went on to become the Director of Psychiatric Services at a federally qualified health center, where he built a track record of compassionate, thorough psychiatric care for over 600 patients. He founded Feel August on the conviction that every person who seeks psychiatric care deserves a provider who knows their name, remembers their history, and measures whether treatment is actually working.

His clinical approach centers on thorough evaluation, same-provider continuity, and measurement-based outcomes. He believes that 60 minutes is the minimum time required for a meaningful initial assessment, and that ongoing care should be guided by validated instruments — not guesswork.
